The 2023 ERG Lead Compensation Survey is now open -

Our 4th Annual ERG Lead Compensation Survey is Now Open!

This ERG lead compensation survey covers:

  • How Organizations Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and DEI Committees: Is your organization using strategies and mechanisms to provide assistance and backing to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committees?

  • ERG Leadership Compensation and Budget Allocation: Are finances and resources being properly allocated, including compensation, designated for leaders of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to facilitate their roles effectively?

  • Enhance Support for Employees Who Exemplify Strong Company Culture: Are strategies in place or will they be in place to improve the support systems for employees who actively embody and contribute to fostering a positive and strong organizational culture?

  • Data Collection for Future Benchmarking of DEI Committees, ERGs, and Organizational Leadership: We will gather relevant data that can later serve as benchmarks for assessing the performance and impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committees, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and leaders within the organization.
