Rich Employee Engagement

We’re bringing you a new dimension of employee engagement. Our Spoken Word Poetry Performances will bring the arts back into the office in a new, innovative way. These events are special for employees, rewarding them for their hard work and allowing them to sit back and relax while enjoying beautiful art.

Celebrate Everyday and Cultural Heritage

Respect and cherish moments. Honor history. By bringing together artists of a certain identity, background, and heritage, we dive into cultures in a real, authentic way. Through focusing on a specific theme such as Black Culture, Hispanic Heritage, Pride, or Disability Empowerment, etc. Share your appreciation for different cultures and learn more about them from the people who experience it.

Celebrate Communities & the Arts

Authentically engaging with cultures and people outside of work enriches our lives. We also encourage your team members to bring their families and friends to experience our events together and boost the feeling of community within your teams. These events are perfect for ERGs, DEI Committees, teams, and entire organizations as a unique way to appreciate the arts and listen to voices that are historically marginalized.

Listen to Diverse Voices

Our poets are representative of the world around us, as they are mostly BIPOC and are from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. By bringing culture to your organization, you are also investing in the community and supporting local artists. Our artists are poets, activists, and leaders. Through their art, they share world views, opinions, experiences, love, and trauma. Poetry is a part of their experience and we’re here to help that artistry thrive.

Poetry is interesting because not everyone is going to become a great poet, but anyone can be, and anyone can enjoy poetry, and it's this openness, this accessibility of poetry that makes it the language of people.
