Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our teams are designed to address the problem we seek to solve: creating diversity of thought, inclusivity, and a valuing of personal experience and expertise ‒ bound together by shared values. Our expert team provides results to our clients, and informs our methodology and work at every level.  We bring together a project specific team to the client consisting of:

    - A project manager, one main point of contact that serves as your Rise liaison from start to finish

    - Lead advisors (2-4) serve as project staff throughout the entirety of the work

    - Subject-matter experts that support in niche areas at various points of the project

  • Yes! Our work together is bespoke to your needs. The overview included here outlines our recommended services based on our introductory conversations and how we typically structure our projects. We can tailor a revised scope of work to accommodate your specific organizational and project needs.

  • Once we’ve completed the Discovery phase and confirmed our action plan, we will provide a list of subject-matter expert advisors for your approval. Although you won’t be meeting with these advisors on a daily basis, it’s important that our team reflects the needs of your organization.

  • First, we all get very excited in joining together for this journey. Then, we confirm the scope of work, project plan & contract. We will begin with a Kick-Off meeting (to handle all the big-picture discussion and getting-started logistics), and then begin scheduling our Discovery Sessions to launch right into Phase 1.

  • We request an initial deposit, followed by a mid-project and final payment (balance divided equally). If you have specific payment needs, or prefer monthly installments, please let us know.

  • We share a project tracking document that outlines each step of the project, including completion dates, statuses, and links to all relevant documents and collateral for review and reference. Additionally, we schedule regular, recurring team meetings to debrief on updates, confirm documents & deliverables, and address questions in a timely manner.

  • We encourage you to share our partnership on your social channels! It is a great way to showcase your organization’s continued commitment to creating a workplace culture to be proud of. You can tag our company handles and feel free to tag the team members you worked with and how our services were able to support/or continue to support your organization. We will be sure to interact on our end.

We love to stay connected and support client accomplishments. Please make sure you are following us on LinkedIn and Twitter (linked in the footer below). If we are not already following you back, we will be sure to do so.

Reach out to nicole@therisejourney.com if you have questions regarding social media or are interested in a formal marketing toolkit.

  • The project lead is your main point of contact and provides personalized support. The core team expands the diversity of thought, experience, background, and areas of expertise. They play the role of facilitator, thought partner, expert, and act as part of a braintrust for the duration of our partnership. Our expert advisors have niche expertises, span geographies and time zones, and are trainers, facilitators, coaches, curriculum developers, and educators. Additional advisors will be brought into the work at difference stages based on their expertise. They are behind the scenes support for project lead and core team.
