  3. Discuss strengths, developmental opportunities and leadership implications

  4. Agree and commit to learning activities to improve intercultural competence

*Requires participants to complete 15-20 minute Intercultural Development Assessment prior to session. Additional investment of $30 per participant assessment completed applies.
