Whether we are working remotely, back in the office full time, or something in between, work is a place where we socialize, build friendships, and form connections, communities, and cultures. This can happen at the organizational level, all the way down to small teams. The realities of stress, pressures of life, and the many external demands that we all confront can impact the way we build connections and function both in and outside of work. In a time where we experience so much disconnection, coming together intentionally not only changes the quality and depth of the connections we build but changes the way we feel about ourselves, our work, and each other.

Focus: Meditation basics, mindfulness practice, simple breathwork, movement meditation, guided meditation.

Audience: Everyone (groups are often limited to a certain number of members and consider team and organizational structure to ensure a safe and comfortable space for all group members)
