Disability Normalization Speaker

Thor Uram is a Disability Inclusion and Invisible Disability Speaker who presents virtual talks to help improve disability awareness and etiquette. Thor lives with a rare form of progressive multiple sclerosis that never goes into remission. Despite this, he is full of joy and exhibits a robust zest for life. He is on a mission to normalize disability.

Thor works closely with established and emerging DEIB officers, disability advocates, HR professionals, and established community educators to remain on the cutting edge of his topics and provide the most accurate, peer-reviewed information. Thor holds a certificate in “Disability Inclusion in the Workplace” from Cornell University.
