Joshua Alexander Anderson (He/Him) is the Executive Director of Ale's Pivot, a JEDI-based Media Company, and a seasoned practitioner in the realm of diversity, equity, and restorative justice. His distinguished career revolves around the establishment of equitable environments, policies, and dialogues, with a particular focus on historically marginalized identities. His significant contributions include serving as a political and research consultant for prominent organizations, including Project Global Story, the Border Violence Monitoring Network, and the Rock Foundation, where he has provided invaluable insights on issues pertaining to equity, expansion, programming, and sustainability.

With a robust track record spanning over 5 years in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility programming, Joshua skillfully implements historically-informed and culturally sensitive frameworks. These frameworks serve as the bedrock for fostering professional learning spaces that elevate employee experiences, fostering effective cross-cultural and cross-gender communication.

Joshua is ardently dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the European context. He possesses a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages from San Francisco State University and a Master's degree in the European Union from San Pablo-CEU University. His profound commitment to driving transformative change through the lens of DEIA is underscored by his extensive background and expertise in the field.
