Jhamile Scott (she/her) believes that people are a company's greatest asset and creates strategies for organizations to invest in their talent. She's partnered with Tech leaders from start-up to mid-size global organizations. As a champion for the employee experience, she specializes in Performance Management, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Engagement. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Augusta State University and is a Certified Professional of the Society of Human Resources Management.
