Meet Jessica Lambrecht

Co-Founder & CEO

Jessica Lambrecht is an accomplished organizational strategy specialist with a particular focus on the impact of workplace culture. Her passion lies in creating more engaging, diverse, and inclusive workplaces from the ground up. As the co-founder of The Rise Journey, Jessica partners with growth-stage organizations to build their best teams and empower them to create an organizational culture driven by purpose and values to reach their full potential.

Her expertise in organizational development and operations supports both for- and non-profit organizations, with extensive experience in building core business structure for small and scaling companies, optimizing processes and practices after periods of growth and transition, and working with established organizations to expand their reach and increase their impact.

She has helped nonprofits in creating a greater impact through communication, organization, and fundraising, partnering with organizations such as NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, The Children's Defense Fund-NY, Harlem School of the Arts, Dance Theatre of Harlem, NAACP-NY, among others.

She holds a BS in Management & Entrepreneurship and MA in International Business from the University of Florida and NEOMA Business School (FR), and an Advanced Diploma in Workplace Diversity from NYU.
