Meet Dmitri LaCour

DEIB & Disability Speaker

Dmitri is an autistic tech professional and DEI leader. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as United Airlines and Charter Communications to develop Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), implement strategic initiatives, and educate teams on a variety of DEIBA topics. He is the definition of intersectionality: an autistic, non-binary gay man. As a biracial, rural Texan that grew up in poverty and transformed into a cosmopolitan world traveler, he knows both sides of the road. He offers a variety of formats to help any individual, team, or organization reach their goals. He focuses heavily on disability advocacy, mental health, and social dynamics.
