He channels his Gujarati South Asian immigrant roots, bisexual identity within the LGBTQ+ community, and adolescent depression to challenge archaic social norms in and out of the workplace.

Bhavik has a proven track record in building strategic partnerships with executives, integrating targeted approaches to dismantle systemic inequities, and collaborating with organizations to take action on key social issues with various DEIB initiatives. His unique approach to aligning his expertise with accountability has most recently led to a nomination by the National Diversity Awards, for the Positive Role Model Award for Gender category and being added to the Power 40 Under 40 List by Color Magazine in 2022. In addition, Bhavik is a featured contributor in Harvard Business Review & Fast Company.

Bhavik most recently served as a Principal at Mind Share Partners, strategically advising global organizations to support workplace mental health and hold them accountable for creating cultures of inclusion by leading SHRM-certified executive training, innovative product design, and policy audits.

Prior, he spent twelve years of his career in financial services, delivering large-scale programs across regulatory reform, technology integration, and data analytics. He has partnered with companies such as UBS, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, TPICAP, and HSBC.

One of Bhavik’s most substantial roles within the workplace mental health and DEIB space was as UK Mental Health Lead at Capco. In this dual capacity with client work, he independently identified and implemented a robust program to increase mental health support across a global workforce of 4000+ employees. As a result of his tireless commitment, Bhavik received awards & accolades from Forbes, InsideOut, This Can Happen, Make a Difference, and Working Mums UK.
