1:1 & Group Coaching FAQs
-
Group coaching creates a safe space for the development of comradery and trust through peer consultation and collaboration. Each session will provide the opportunity for real-time guidance, support, and accountability partnership from cohort peers and coach to help brainstorm solutions to challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
-
Each participant will speak with the cohort’s group coach as part of the application process to ensure individual motivations and needs are aligned with the group’s intent. Almost everyone has had a negative experience with a group environment, and key components of this conversation will include understanding how the cohort can support each member to address any potential issues and/or conflicts in the group session. Some participants may also deselect themselves if the group isn’t a good fit, and that’s okay too.
Cohorts will have a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 10 per group.
-
Coach or client can cancel the coaching agreement at any time and fees will be prorated to reflect services that have been provided up until the time of cancellation.
-
2 payments with 50% upfront
-
This is a four-month program that includes a 2-hour block every other week for the group coaching session, in addition to optional reflection exercises to expand self-awareness, develop long-lasting habits, and consider opportunities for on-the-job application. Participants will also have access to the powerful Rise Journey Cohort Community for ongoing engagement outside each group coaching session.
