Tiffany Yu is the CEO & Founder of Diversability, an award-winning social enterprise to rebrand disability through the power of community and the Founder of the Awesome Foundation Disability Chapter, a self-organized monthly micro-grant for disability projects that has awarded $13.5k to 14 projects across 5 countries. Previously, she was the Director of Business Development at P. Diddy’s REVOLT TV. She started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, working on over $14 billion of announced transactions.

Tiffany became passionate about disability inclusion and empowerment after a car accident when she was younger took the life of her father and left her with a disability. She has been featured in Marie Claire, the Guardian, and Forbes and has spoken at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, TEDx, Singularity, and Harvard. She has been named one of the “100 most influential Asian Americans of 2017,” a “changemaker to watch” by Comcast NBCUniversal, and a “women of influence” honoree by the New York Business Journal.
