Today Esabela works for UnitedHealth Group in a mission to implement and manage the diversity and inclusion program. Founder of the “</> JUNTOS NA TI” project, a voluntary, nonprofit initiative that aims to bring together technology companies with the goal of initiating and encouraging underrepresented talents to the technology space. Currently a member of the Racial Equality committee from Mulheres do Brasil (Women of Brazil). Co-founded deSpERta, a project that aims to inspire the co-creation of an inclusive world in which everybody can truly belong.
